March Intake 2021

Invitation for Application for March 2021 Intake The Principal of ECASSA Institute of Social Protection (EISP) invites all qualified candidates to apply for admission into Certificate and Diploma Programmes for March 21, 2001 intake. Applications are now open from 25 th January 2021 and will be closed on 25 th February 2021, respectively. Candidates are highly encouraged to use this brief application window effectively so as to secure an opportunity to academic career progression. You may apply either online through the institute’s website or physically by visiting the institute and completing an application form or rather by mailing the completed form and the required attachments through the institute’s official postal address.

Where EISP Come From?

ECASSA is an acronym for the East and Central Africa Social Security Association. ECASSA is an umbrella body of 21 social security schemes representing seven (7) countries in the vast region, which was established in March 2007 in Kigali – Rwanda with the ultimate aim to work in cooperation to improve the quality and effectiveness of social security services to the people in the region. The NTAs are competence-based and are designed to testify that the holder of the award is able to apply competently the knowledge and skills described in the relevant occupational sector. Certificate in Social Protection

Basic Technician Certificate in Social Protection (BTCSP) or NTA Level 4.


Admission Requirements

Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) D passes and above in non-religious subjects.


This is 1 year Course which enable you to enter next level NTA Level 5

Technician Certificate in Social Protection (TCSP) or NTA Level 5

Entry Qualification.

Holder of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) or holder of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Examination (ACSEE) with One Principle Pass and one Subsidiary Pass.


Course Duration.

This is 1 year course and serve as bridge to next level  NTA Level 6, which is Diploma

Diploma in Social Protection

NTA Level 6 is the highest level administered by NACTE,

Student completed this level will have opportunity to join Bachelor Degree based on the performance set by TCU and Universities for the specific programme
